1) Turn on the power switch of the ultrasonic cleaning machine, and the indicator light goes out. In this case, check that the power switch is in good condition and that the leak switch is closed. If the switch is intact, check whether the fuse is overloaded and burned out, which can be basically solved.

2) After the power switch is turned on, the indicator light is on, but there is no ultrasonic output. The situation is more complicated. When maintenance, first check whether the connection plug between the transducer and the ultrasonic power board is loose, and then check whether the fuse is burnt out. If all is well, it may be an internal fault of the ultrasonic generator. Use a multimeter to disconnect the power cord and check that the fire cord is disconnected. After troubleshooting the generator, check whether the ultrasonic transducer is burnt out and whether it needs to be replaced.

3) The DC fuse of the ultrasonic cleaner is blown out. It may be that the rectifier bridge stack or power tube has been burned out, or the sensor is aging, the current is not stable, which may cause the generator failure. Pay more attention to the maintenance.

4) After the power switch of the ultrasonic cleaning machine is turned on, the machine has ultrasonic output, but the cleaning effect is not as good as before. This situation is mainly caused by improper use, such as cleaning tank cleaning liquid level is too high or too low; Improper coordination and adjustment of ultrasonic frequency; The temperature of the liquid in the cleaning tank is too high or too low; Improper selection or use of cleaning fluid. Of course, it is not ruled out that most of the ultrasonic energy cannot be transferred to the cleaning fluid after the transducer is degummed. In such cases, it should be promptly returned to the manufacturer for repair to avoid burning the vibrator.

Usually, after the vibrator is degumming, the output power of the ultrasonic power supply is normal, but because the vibrator is not connected to the vibration surface, the vibration effect of the vibration surface is not good, and the energy cannot be released after a period of time. Over time, the vibrator is likely to burn. The degumming of vibrator troubles the user to repair. Usually, it can only be sent back to the manufacturer for repair. An effective way to avoid degumming of the vibrator is not to strike the vibrating surface during normal use.
